Mudroom light assembled! It was Nick's choice of light fixture (he either likes straight-on industrial steel and bare bulbs or sleek modern with lots of shine and curves...so hard to figure out). Since most of the house is in the transitional style (my preference), I wanted him to choose a few pieces in his style (whatever that is).

I was Sophie's assistant in putting the thing together, but I had doubts that it would be too big for the mudroom...once again, Nick was right. It looks GREAT in that space.

Door leads to garage. Lots of storage! It's hard to tell, but there is a second row of cabinets up there.

Tom is working on the foundation for a new mudroom and Leo is fascinated.

Space for winter boots and such. We plan to grow some herbs in here.
