This was the sixth and last place we visited on our abandonment tour of ND. I think it was my favorite of all the places we saw. The house is easily restorable, and completely modern. It is located in very isolated prairie farmland, with many large outbuildings and a large trailer home as well as a beautiful shelter belt of mature trees. If I was a millionaire I would buy this place, fix it up and live there! The entire from property is wonderful, here is a video!

In August my aunt and uncle who live in North Dakota volunteered to take me abandonment exploring! My dad and my husband also came with. My uncle works for Fed Ex and also hunts and so he has seen alot of abandonment around ND. We had a blast! They took us to some really amazing abandoned places and we saw some beautiful parts of North Dakota.

We put in one of the cabinets demo'd from the kitchen to test set up and see if having a countertop next to the sink fits.. Seems to be working, will get a new cabinet to match pantry with a laminate countertop. Wall cabinet is IKEA - hung at ceiling level over radiator. Will get a set of Vika legs and some pierce metal to create a base to surround the radiator. Bottom door is dropdown, rather than side hinged, for additional workspace.
This is not your typical bathroom, for it is also a mudroom! After working in the GRoWlarium, clean up in the bath/mudroom first between entering your lovely home!

We have this juvenile possum coming every night to eat. There are several others, but when you open the door to put out the food, they run. This one promptly tries to come inside. He isn't planning to starve to death this winter.
