Mt. Eddy in spring. This view is from the road (Everitt Memorial Highway) going up Mt. Shasta to the old ski bowl which was closed down decades ago after a serious avalanche. I used to ski there as a kid.

...we almost "accidentally" climbing Mt. Indefatigable (south trail, easy scramble on the top) , which was surrounded by beautiful mountain flowers on the lower slopes

Today I walked 5km while she took care of business. She doesn't hike up the west col of Mt. Tolmie so this worked well for those of us who do.

Hiking along the Timberline Trail to Elk Cove you come around a corner and are suddenly faced with this sweet view of Mt. Hood.
