This praying mantis paid a visit to my pool yesterday. I think the water drops are as a result of my grandson splashing some water at it. And it did not move an inch.

First time seeing Terminal Railroad's T302 working McKinley Iron, a scrap dealer adjacent to the McKinley bridge in North St. Louis, during daylight hours. Rare enough to quit loathing those blasted HLCX leasers for half a second.
The crew would later tie on to the rest of their short train and head north then east over the Merchants Bridge and back to Madison Yard on the Illinois side.

While I was playing with my daughter we both had good lessons, and for me it was that sometimes we need to make some changes in our daily routines and focus on what is important, so what would it be your next move in life?
Commonwealth-Edison No. 15 pauses in-between switch moves at the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, IL. The photo was taken during a CNW night photo session, and No. 15 was busy moving engines around for the next photo.
