A majestic solitary polar bear stands on the fractured Arctic sea ice bathed in the golden glow of a setting sun. The image captures a dual perspective: above the surface, the bear shakes crystalline water droplets from its fur against the horizon, while a cross-section reveals the deep, freezing blue ocean beneath the ice, hinting at the predator's underwater domain.

Our approach has always been one that embraces collaboration as a fundamental part of what we do.

Over the last ten years we have worked with highly talented individuals, teams and companies from all over the world that help bring our vision to life.

Join the Dots is a celebration of the spirit of collaboration.

A simple idea. A consistent frame for a multitude of work. A single dot, each representing one collaborator, each a connection to another.

Each collaborator is given a template of a dot in a fixed position on an A2 portrait poster. Each interpreted this in their own way.

These are the first 25. There will be 100 in total and be collated into a book and exhibition.

Thanks to all that have contributed so far and for those that are still to come.

I'm glad to finally share this piece with you, the internet, and everyone we know. This drawing is the companion piece to my earlier drawing He's Got the Whole World in His Flan. This piece was drawn almost a year after HGTWWIHF as part of a project/creation/collaboration between my friend Aaron Keuter and me. Aaron is a crackerjack motionographer, editor, compositor, video-whatsit, you name it. He came up with the idea for the project when he saw the sketch of HGTWWIHF sitting gathering dust in my sketchpad.

About a year and lots of wacoming, adobe'ing of all kinds, and revision, we have something really fantastic, very possibly mind-shattering for you, internet! Proof's in the pudding, so have yourself a heaping helping on us.

Internet exclusive, flickr friends and fiends: these drawings are now an animation set to the tune of the inimitable Crystal Castles' song "Xxzxcuzx Me"

That's right, these two drawings, "He's Got the Whole World in His Flan" and "There is a Bomb in Gilead" are now living things, expanding, gyrating, exploding out of nowhere, spewing every variety of vital fluid, and disappearing just as fast. I feel like Aaron puts it a little better than i do:

"“XxzCuzx Me” is a meditation on chaos, evolution, and machinism , set to a delightfully frenetic song by the group, Crystal Castles. Symmetrical in its form, it invites the viewer to consider the organized whole of the robotic organism that stems from the maddeningly uncertain and intricate detail of its singular parts."

It'll be some of the best 2 minutes of your life, at the very least some of the best 2 minutes of your 2010 ;) So take a look and tell yer friends!

I'm off this week, and my wife has been sick in bed with a really bad cold for the last couple of days so I decided to work on a video project today in between playing nurse for her.

A New Year, a new shape for me. One of the Platonic solids: a dodecahedron (12 faces).

I was tired of cubes and pyramids, so I went for something a little more ambitious. It only took me about a day to make this video. Add in some Rush, and you're all set. Enjoy!

Our first [new] presentation to renew. A first draft collated from lots of sources - we're aiming to clarify the product and system offering as they go to market.

Here's an idea that I've had for over a week now, ever since doing the Batman/Joker card game homage.

Since I'm a fan of Queen, I thought this might be fun to do.

I spent today watching the original Bohemian Rhapsody video on YouTube and trying to recreate it using playing cards.

The mouth is mine, and is an homage to silly late night comedy skits done by Conan O'Brien...with possibly a hint of Terry Gilliam's Pythonesque animation thrown in.

If you haven't heard much Queen, I highly recommend their fabulous album "Queen Live at Wembley '86".

Hope you all had a great weekend. Don't work too hard next week!

Enjoy!

Autoridad de Cuenca Matanza Riachuelo; (ACUMAR), with the production of Motiongroup, entrusted us a piece to spread their actions for recovery and improvement of a zone highly contaminated in our country, a basin of more than 64 kilometres of extension that affects more that 5 million people who live in this in extensive zone.

We have realized that to illustrate and to animate situations that communicate environmental messages makes us feel well! And cleaner!

Hopefully we'll have more chances to spread this type of messages... Not only because of us, but for the planet in which we all live, that is pretty tired of so much carelessness and needs world level consciousness.
