Babylon 5 / Simpson mashup featuring the Shadows beating up on Krusty.

A quiet afternoon at db Towers.

Krusty plays Power Ball and loses. Could also be an homage to key scenes in Ridley Scott's Alien prequel "Prometheus" or Steven Spielberg's "Raiders of the Lost Ark".

Test render frames for our Diva project created by the ever brilliant We Are Seventeen.

Made with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects. This is only 5 seconds long, so it won't take up too much of your time.

I was walking out of my office earlier this week when I turned to avoid someone walking in the door. I thought of the word "avoidance" and then thought that that would be a neat title and idea for an f/x video. I worked on this Fri and Sat evenings to get to this point. Hope you like the result.

Music: "Paint the sky" by Hans Atom featuring Miss Judged from CC Mixter. Royalty free.

Well, after much hopping about in and out of a few forums and voicing my opinion, etc..etc...

I figured it's time to give it a bash and start having some fun.

:)

This was our original logo motif. We were trying the use of a circle for the first time.

Here's a funky special effects video that is a combination and variation of 3 others that I've made over the past couple of months.

I derived the title from the famous mathematician Johannes Kepler and his idea of how the heaven's worked.

Also, being a fan of The Police, I was thinking of creating an homage to the shapes used in their album Synchronicity: A triangle, square, and a circle -- although the circle is missing here, since I haven't figured out how to do REAL 3D spheres using 2D video in the program I use.

The music here is from David Bowie: "I took a trip on a Gemini spacecraft" -- which I thought was pretty cool for this short.

More ideas for the poster. We're thinking about a set of posters for the pre launch of our retrospective book.

I followed a tutorial by Andrew Kramer

and please put the volume on the video player down, the audio is kinda loud at least for me.

More fun with 3D pyramids, this time arranged into a pinwheel like structure that turns on all 3 axes and changes opacity with the music. Set to music by The B-52s.

This 33 second video has so much going on that it nearly breaks Flickr's 500 MB file size limit.

Our approach has always been one that embraces collaboration as a fundamental part of what we do.

Over the last ten years we have worked with highly talented individuals, teams and companies from all over the world that help bring our vision to life.

Join the Dots is a celebration of the spirit of collaboration.

A simple idea. A consistent frame for a multitude of work. A single dot, each representing one collaborator, each a connection to another.

Each collaborator is given a template of a dot in a fixed position on an A2 portrait poster. Each interpreted this in their own way.

These are the first 25. There will be 100 in total and be collated into a book and exhibition.

Thanks to all that have contributed so far and for those that are still to come.

Another random set of colours. We like to choose the colour palette early in a project - though often it changes completely at the eleventh hour.

"the one that's always with me"

On every shoot i bring at least this bag. it carries all the photo gear and basic survey gear and 2D tracking markers.

It has the added bonus of being legal carry-on size (sometimes international flights give me a hard time). This is always my carry-on.

also, in case of theft, or damage, i keep a list of all these items, their serial numbers and warranty info on a pdf on my phone, on my laptop and in the cloud so i can access from anywhere.

We approached the exciting task of creating a series of Ids for the Holiday Seasons for the American channel MTV TR3S.

The holidays include Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year's Eve, among others. We found a tasty connection among these dissimilar festivities: The food. And we throw ourself to the search of unique flavors and ingredients for each festivity and used them to generate very funny typographical compositions that form the logo of TR3S. Welcome 2011!

A majestic solitary polar bear stands on the fractured Arctic sea ice bathed in the golden glow of a setting sun. The image captures a dual perspective: above the surface, the bear shakes crystalline water droplets from its fur against the horizon, while a cross-section reveals the deep, freezing blue ocean beneath the ice, hinting at the predator's underwater domain.
