sigma 4.5 fisheye
i use a Nikon d300, which is not a full frame DSLR, this converts to about 6.75mm lens. about 180 degree view.
in a rush, i can get a complete spherical panorama in 2 angles but i prefer more coverage.

The main visual concept for the 26th Golden Melody Award Ceremony pays tribute to Taiwan as the source of inspiration for music. Named "Original Soundtrack of Taiwan", the design takes cue from the sight and sound of Taiwan and invokes a collective memory of the land.

O concurso, realizado anualmente por Televisión Española, é uma plataforma competitiva onde participam designers do mundo inteiro, e cujo desafio é produzir uma peça onde a mensagem deve ser transmitida em um intervalo de tempo entre 3 e 10 segundos.
Já temos um desses prêmios na casa, conquistado em 2006 por szortyka, designer do CARTEL, e agora em 2008 somos finalistas outra vez, com a ráfaga 253 – “te conté mientras dormías”, onde um jovem calvo e adormecido conta seus sonhos à sua bela e também adormecida.

Our approach has always been one that embraces collaboration as a fundamental part of what we do.
Over the last ten years we have worked with highly talented individuals, teams and companies from all over the world that help bring our vision to life.
Join the Dots is a celebration of the spirit of collaboration.
A simple idea. A consistent frame for a multitude of work. A single dot, each representing one collaborator, each a connection to another.
Each collaborator is given a template of a dot in a fixed position on an A2 portrait poster. Each interpreted this in their own way.
These are the first 25. There will be 100 in total and be collated into a book and exhibition.
Thanks to all that have contributed so far and for those that are still to come.

The original h.264 .mp4 came out perfectly on YouTube.
I can only think that there's something funky with the Flickr video encoder.

More with 3D cubes and pyramids using some video plates that I made some time ago, but reused in a new kind of shape - what I call a digital snowflake. After all, it is Christmas time and it is snowing outside.

I cranked this out in about 3 hours tonight, just eyeballing the geometry.
macbeth color chip chart. i think big one is about 9 x 11"-ish. small one is 2 x 3".
shoot a few seconds of this at the beginning of the day on the first roll, when you change lighting setups, or when you switch film stocks.
