Beautiful morning on Passo Giau. This image was taken with no artistic approach and it was meant as a snapshot panorama of this place but later on this turned out to be my favorite photograph from that trip.

I got down to Presqu'ile early this morning. Saw a lovely white snowy owl sitting way out on the ice formations next to the water. This shot gives an idea of the setting. Nice to know the snowies are still there, as I have not seen one in a month.
I shot this while riding in a giant canoe (could hold 20 people). Hard to get a steady shot, but when I could, it captured how queit and calm the morning was.
It was very foggy morning with early bright sun.
