Moody Experiment.

Some photos from a place you might already recognize, as there're many photos of it here. This time I tried to make something different out of the familiar views. After all, this is a landscape that probably is not scenic this time of the year. At least not for me, not in the usual sense. But of course there's a certain mood -- which might be something that comes out of myself, but I'm sure not without some stimulus, outside, it is really there, somehow. Can it be pictured? Can it be conveyed? How can you depict the actual first impression?

On a technical note: All done with old 50mm f/1.7 lens, all wide open, I used a Kenko nostaltone blue for diffusion and color shift. „Enhanced" in LR & PS.

I love this, since I like the fact that a 8months old boy gave out that moody puppy eyes......I am a little drunk, so if the about doesn't make sense, come back in a few hour..haha

Just don't know about this girl, she is so moody, lol. Sometimes I think letting her go but I like how this shoot turned out so for now she can stay ;-)

Moody Wastwater Mono. Taken in the Wasdale Valley, Western Lake District, England. At the end of Wasdale, shrouded in mist, you can just see the shoulder of Great Gable in the centre. To the left you can see Yewbarrow and to the right, the start of the Screes. This was voted Britains Favourite View in a tv programme.

Taken at sunset near Daytona Beach. The skies were very moody.
