my dessert - Emergen-C and Monkey Bread, delicious.
My daughter was not herself today, she had a low fever, complained of a headache and has been tired all week, and I just found out the other day that one of her classmates has H1N1... so I'm keeping her home from school tomorrow and loading up on vitamins and anti-bacterial soap.
Yuck, I hate cold & flu season.

Antje got a Monkey Bread kit for her birthday and we decided today would be a good day to try it out. Easy and tasty. She liked eating the cinnamon sugar, but wasn't really into getting her fingers in the butter.

Once again, Girl Scouts have contributed to odd food names. Sarah told us she was going to make "monkey bread" for breakfast, and this is the result: torn pieces of biscuits, melted butter over biscuits, add cinnamon sugar and sugar, cook for 10 minutes.
Golden & crispy.
