Views around the York Model Railway. They had to relocate to Hemswell in Lincoln due to a location/lease problem.
The model is Ivonna Grase. She is one of the Smooth E models that you see on Thai TV Channels. I got lucky she posed for a couple of shots for me. She does have a nice skin and a beautiful smile too.
PP: Cloned out some of the freckles. Added a tan tone to her skin as she was really white. Dodge and Burn. Added some vignette to emphasize the subject. Sharpened.

A fine oscillatory steam engine ,spirit fired with safety valve , whistle and regulator valve. The boiler side plates appear to come from a Bowman model but the engine with its displacement lubricator and brass flywheel do not look like any commercial model I have seen.

In my spare time (when I'm not shooting something with my Nikon, or devising clever spreadsheets for my employer,) I airbrush model horses. Here is an Andalusian model (by Breyer) that I did just this evening.
This weekend I'll be painting another Breyer model called Huckleberry Bey. I use an Iwata custom micron, CM-C+, and Higgins inks, plus another Iwata with custom-blended acrylics. :)

3D models can be used in creating animation, video games or 3D print. To use these models you will need 3D software like Autodesk 3dsmax, Maya, Softimage, Cinema4D or Lighwave. Note: these are not real phycal objects, but digital files that computer artists use in 3d computer graphics projects.
CGTrader is online platform where artist can trade or share free 3d models.
