Day 295 - Sweet Model
As promised, today we were in Hamburg for the next photo shooting :) With Oliver, Annika and the pretty blonde model Anju I was in a large park called "Planten un Blomen". There we have taken amazing photos... And because the fall is so beautiful, tomorrow we drive to the next shooting :)
Wie versprochen waren wir heute in Hamburg zu einem weiteren Fotoshooting :) Mit Oliver, Annika und dem hübschen blonden Model Anju war ich in einem großen Park namens "Planten un Blomen". Dort haben wir ganz tolle Fotos gemacht... Und weil der Herbst noch so schön ist, fahren wir morgen zum nächsten Shooting :)

The Ford Model T was one of the earliest mass production vehicles. It was manufactured from 1908 through 1927 and was an international success. In fact, LEGO founder Ole Kirk Christiansen owned a Model T, which he used to deliver his early wooden toys.
I based my MOC off of the 1912 model, with a few creative liberties taken. For example, the car has a chassis that is far from an exact representation; I just wanted to add some silver bits underneath.
Another goal was to bring LEGO Friends into the early 20th Century. This car is actually a part of a much larger MOC that will be professionally photographed. Stay tuned...
Only a model of a combination rig. This carried hose and ladders. Engine 88 had a rig like this and when I was detailed there I rode it. The hard part was bedding the hose you have to crawl in the back of the bed to do it. Also they had this from the late 40's to the late 70's and the Engineer had to crawl under it with a hammer to get it into pump. Chicago that works sometimes

The Beechcraft Model 18, or "Twin Beech", as it was better known, is a 6-11 place,[2] twin-engine, low-wing, conventional-gear aircraft that was manufactured by the Beech Aircraft Corporation of Wichita, Kansas. This model saw military service during and after World War II in a number of versions including the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) C-45 Expeditor, AT-7 Navigator, AT-11 Kansan; and for the United States Navy (USN), UC-45J Navigator and the SNB-1 Kansan.
The Beech 18 is the most modified U.S.-certified aircraft design, with over 200 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) on record for the aircraft.
The aircraft's uses have included aerial spraying, sterile bug release, fish seeding, dry ice cloud seeding, aerial firefighting, airborne mail pick up and drop, ambulance service, numerous movie productions, skydiving, freight, gun- and drug-smuggling, engine test bed, skywriting and banner towing. A number of Model 18s were operated as passenger aircraft; the Model 18 was the first aircraft flown by Philippine Airlines, Asia's first and oldest airline. Many are now in private hands as prized collectibles.

during the spring, summer, and early fall, my sister and i practically live on our roof. a few days before Easter, my friends Molly and Megan (also sisters) came over, and we all spent most of the time goofing around on the roof. these "model behavior" pictures are all of Molly. we were having a mock photo shoot. :P i think she needs to be a model when she gets older :)

The original photo of six model railway friends (I was the seventh), photographed in Palmerston North at the 1982 Grand Central Model Railway Convention. The next timne we were ALL together again was on 24/04/2000 for the 2000 Christchurch Convention (another photo taken in same order - yet to be uploaded), and then again on 04/04/2010. All three photos taken on Easter Sunday of the respective years.
Order is: Ray Parmenter, Phillip Cooke, Wayne Morris, Don Ellis, John Robinson and Wayne Haste.
