Well, some of you might have had the same problems as i have had with the cactus', i first did the antenna mod, then the battery mod - this has been working flawlessly for a long time, but now i figured out that the vivitar-connector is a piece of junk. Here in norway it's not that easy to get the different types of pcsync cables without importing them, so i figured i'd remove every possible cable and the result is really satisfying, now i just plug them inn and everything works as it should

This is my first ftm mod and I think it came out pretty well.

At first I was really scared to use the dremel, so I spent 2.5 hours carving at it with an exacto knife before I finally caved. X,D Never again. Will definitely go with dremel from the get go on any future mods like this.
The owner wanted a lock on the back of her doll.
I had to glue the torso together and drilled a hole, so the key can be turned around. The lock didn't fit perfectly as the back is very curvy. Breaking it in three pieces and then repair it again with epoxy and paint.
It was a really fun mod to do and learned a lot from it.
I've tried all sorts of Cactus Receiver mods. I was supposed to post this a while ago with my Cactus Trigger Mod where you can see another trigger mod using 3.5mm mono plug. Here it is now, the easiest, simplest and most cost effective mod I've done, no drilling and glue-ing involved. Just 2 solder points and and velcro between battery compartment and receiver and its done.
