While we are on the subject of Herping.....here is a little Mock Viper jack found this little fella in the middle of the path on our walk....He is tiny, as you can see by the size of the acorn "cup" next to him. They have an amazing way of playing dead, all broken and bent with their tongue sticking out...very realistic, and has made us jump a couple of times. Not dangerous at all, but quite aggressive, quick to strike, but bites do not hurt. Seen mainly during the day, and can sleep in trees at nighttime, where Sophie Ferguson has found them (not that she was sleeping in a tree, you understand).

I love pizzas but they are dangerous for diabetics.
I spent some time in the kitchen and I've found out how I can solve this problem.
My answer for the pizza question is the whole grain crust pizza.
Yes, its dough is different. Isn't so crispy, doesn't contain yeast, but isn't bad at all. It contains whole wheat flour+oat bran or oat flakes (50-50%), baking powder, salt, a little milk, 2-3 eggs.
I love the mock pizza time!

May 13, 2010 - Mayor Cory A. Booker, Municipal Court Acting Chief Judge Richard E.A. Nunes, Corporation Counsel Julien X. Neals and other dignitaries greeted eight Ivy Hill Middle School students as they conducted a mock trial in the Newark Municipal Court. The mock trial was developed in partnership with the Newark-based Law Firm of McCarter & English and Citizen Schools, a national non-profit provider of out-of-school learning programs for middle-school students. The civil case scenario played out involved a patron suing the owners of a restaurant for damages and the costs of hospitalization after being infected with E. coli. Acting Chief Judge Nunes presided over the case, while members of the law firm served as jurors. “Mock trials are so important to training our future lawyers and leaders,” the Mayor said. “It’s a privilege to be able to come here and greet you and all the partners who organized this event.” Photo credits: Press Information Office, City of Newark, NJ
