Spacewalk experts will use NASA replicas of sampling tools used during Apollo missions on the lunar surface. ESA wants to assess whether they are compatible with future exploration missions. Mobility constraints are part of the exercise.

Next, if the crosscut fence isn't already positioned on the far side of the outrigger table, move the crosscut fence into this position, secure it to the outrigger table in the normal manner, and lock all the crosscut stops so they do not move. Don't forget to lock the telescoping extension if you have that item - it's locked via a Kipp lever on the underside of the telescoping extension.

Double check that the Kipp lever has disengaged the clamping bar fully and is pulled out away from the sliding table. Failure to position this Kipp lever properly will cause the mounting bar to bind in the slot along the edge of the sliding table just at the point you're holding the far end of the outrigger table in your hand. This can be very dangerous since you will not longer have the outrigger support arm engaged to support the weight of the outrigger table, and the binding clamping bar will prevent you from being able to lift the outrigger table high enough to get it onto the mobility cart.
This is where I normally store the mobility cart when the outrigger table and fence are on it.
Reinstalling the outrigger onto the sliding table is accomplished by running this sequence of operations in reverse.
Move the outrigger table such that both saddles are still in contact with the P-channel, but far enough forward that the crosscut fence will not bind on the end of the sliding table when the outboard end of the outrigger table is elevated. The plastic saddle under the crosscut fence side will be partially on and partially off the P-channel. Careful not to push the outrigger table too far or the saddle will come off the P-channel completely.
You will be picking up the outboard end of the outrigger table to make room to slide the mobility card under it, and the crosscut fence must be clear to pivot downward across the end of the sliding table for that operation.
This scooter was spotted waiting for his faithful owner at the local pharmacy - ahem pub. Notice the lack of a Saint George's Cross on this hostelry, perhaps the patrons don't get so inebratied as to forget which country their getting inebriated in at this inn?

When setting up the cart initially, the pivot support saddles need to be height-adjusted such that the crosscut fence does NOT drag on the floor when the outrigger table is pivoted vertically. Make sure the technician sets this up properly during commissioning. Unless the saw chassis is put on some kind of platform that raises the feet off the floor by about 25mm minimum, you may not be able to get the mobility cart configured properly such that you can get the outrigger off the machine and not have the crosscut fence drag on the floor when pivoted upward into storage position.
