Remember how I said I wanted to go out with a bang? Well, it's technically still Summer, so I finally finished this guy!

Now that this guy is done, I can finally feel at ease about any inactivity I may have.
Also, his back is my favorite part. I'd argue it's some of the best shaping I've ever done.
Thank you and take care <3

In the middle of the Angertal
There are very few straight sections of track in the Angertal. At the erm. The “Bagel” paper mill is also quite narrow in the lush greenery of the Talgund. Here the 232 587 with the morning lime empty train from the HKM steelworks in Duisburg-Huckingen to Rhodenhaus. Unfortunately, the DBC has now passed on this very reliable performance of 232 to ThyssenKrupp and TKSE. Here in front of the locomotive are the last few meters of Y sleepers, which can no longer be found along the entire route.
West Mitten Butte in Monument Valley, seen from the south. I was just passing through, with a long road ahead of me that day. There was no cloud drama, but the hazy afternoon desert blue sky and all of those warm rock colors made the scene a perfect candidate for my circular polarizer. Whatever the weather, I'm always happy to be able to go out of my way to take the scenic route.
Storm clouds light up the sky and wind kicks up clouds of dust just before dawn breaks at beautiful Monument Valley.
So after a short downpouring of rain, I was able to jump back out of our vehicle and capture this shot of the famous Mitten shadow which only occurs twice each year. The Mittens are the two rock formations that are thought to look like a left and right handed mitten.
from WikipedThe West and East Mitten Buttes (also known as the Mittens) are two buttes in the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park in northeast Navajo County, Arizona. When viewed from the south, the buttes appear to be two giant mittens with their thumbs facing inwards.
The Mittens are about 0.6 mi (0.97 km) from the Arizona–Utah state line and West Mitten Butte is 1.1 mi (1.8 km) northeast of the park headquarters.[5] The summit of West Mitten Butte is 6,176 ft (1,882 m)[1] and East Mitten Butte is 6,226 ft (1,898 m)[3] in elevation. The Mittens form a triangle with Merrick Butte about 2⁄3 mi (1.1 km) to the south and, with Sentinel Mesa, a more extensive plateau, towards the northwest. At the End of March and mid-September for a few days only at sunset the Mitten Shadow[6], a photographer's dream occurs. At this specific time the West Mitten shadow appears on the East Mitten.
The buttes are made of three principal rock layers. The lowest layer is Organ Rock Shale, the middle is de Chelly Sandstone, and the top layer is the Moenkopi Formation, capped by Shinarump Conglomerate.ia
Along with Merrick butte, these three are an impressive formation in Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park. Rising roughly 1000 feet from the desert and approximately 2/3 of a mile apart.
The Mittens, Monument Valley Tribal Park. This is a shot of the Mittens as one of them is placed in shadow by a passing cloud. Shot on an A7Rii
This is Mittens. I was in her face as she tried to take a nap. But being the good cat she is, we had fun.

I love these trees and this muddy lane is one of my favourite places. We had to drive through a flood on Saturday and since it has rained lots more it is possibly the last time will will be able to drive down it this year.
