The leopard had never expected that the previous hyaena called for more his partners in the past 5 hours. It was really miserable for her.

Sheltering in the woods
A first walk in the woods for a few weeks and not much sign of spring around yet, and to add to the fun, once more the wind and driving rain made the day and night miserable. Where is this heatwave they have promised us, maybe tomorrow.

Snowed all day, but no accumulation because it melted at the ground.
At least a couple more snow pulses predicted in the next two weeks. Maybe not enough to break the drought, but it could delay the fire season by a month or so.
I had to take a picture of this woman. Greg and I had hiked up to the top of the hill with the citael on it in the hopes of catching a good sunset. This woman was part of one of the many tour groups that had bussed their way up. She was traveling with her daughter, but seemed absolutely miserable with having to watch a sunset over Palmyra. It made me laugh.
A friend of mine sent me this pic. She's fed up with the cold weather ...How come??? I was there in July and it was chilly, this pic was taken in autumn. I wouldn't like to go there in winter....
This is Les. He sells stuff near the Eiffel Tower. He's not happy. Maybe it's because London won the Olympics. Maybe because Wiggo won the Tour. Maybe because his wholesaler sent him all these cans of coke with a Union Jack on. Or maybe it is just that Les is a miserable bâtard?
