Learn to Make Mint Juleps Adam Persian-Style, Part 2: Start by crushing ice! If you don't have an Ice Crusher Supreme like Adam, put ice inside a fabric bag or cloth and hit with a mallet. Fill glass or silver julep cup to heaping with ice. Pour in two ounces (4 tablespoons) of Kentucky bourbon (Makers Mark, Four Roses, and Woodford Reserve are classic for juleps, and so are all other KY bourbons! 😁) Pour in 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) mint syrup and stir. Add a short straw and a sprig of fresh mint. Here's to a great Derby Day at Home!
