These moths inhabit chalk and limestone grassland, woodland, marshland and gardens
Hiding deep in the shadows the tiny Mint moth (Pyrausta aurata) can be seen flying and feeding in the daytime. April-June and second generation July -mid September.

I found this cool little Weevil in my Maryland neighborhood. I've never seen one with this pretty mint green coloration before.
