Olde and new architecture side by side.

Read more about the Millenium bridge, and about architecture in London, or modern architecture in London, if really interested.

Finally, if interested in www.bbc.co.uk/history/historic_figures/wren_christopher.s... as a start. For an introduction to some of his buildings, this site is also good.

Millenium Park, Chicago. What an inspirational place. These portrait sculptures really mess around with perspective. From this angle you can see the faces but from other positions they look stretched.

MILLENIUM BRIDGE, LONDON

A close up to the cockpit of this famous spaceship, too big to be fotografied (alone in my office).

Un gros plan sur le cockpit de ce célèbre vaisseau spatial, trop grand pour être photographié (seul dans mon bureau).

Cardiff bay millenium centre.

An alternative viewpoint to the one I previously uploaded some weeks ago, showing the City of London School to the left of St Paul's Cathedral.

We visited Galaxy's Edge, the Star Wars land that opened in Disneyland, California in 2019, during our stay in Los Angeles in February 2020.

Rebuilt in 2000 from a Balloon car is 709 passing the Central Pier. It carries an overall advert for the sea life centre

After watching Toy Story 3 last night I got quite nostalgic and went up my attic and took out my boxes of old toys. I managed to find a few missing AT-AT parts, some old StarWars vehicles (some in boxes) and my complete Millenium falcon.

Decided that I'd take it to my office to display it there instead of sitting in some box on the attic.

And one with Abbey for scale :)

The skeleton is now done so here's some pics before the panels are attached. The model currently weighs approximately 2.5kg.

As part of my commission to supply images to the North York Moors this year I was delighted to get this shot of the Millennium Cross in Rosedale. I couldn't have hoped for a better sunset at the time I was there. Everything fell in to place.
