Sample:Fromaldehyde fixed U2OS cells

U2OS cells left untreated or treated with 10ug/uL of etoposide for 1 hour. Following treatment, cells were allowed to recover in fresh medium for 4 hours at which point, cells were fixed in 3.5% formaldehyde in PBS for 30min, permeabilized in 1% triton-X 100 in PBS for 5 minutes and blocked in 4% BSA in PBS for 30 minutes. Primary antibody incubation was in 4% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at RT. Secondary antibody: Alexa Fluor 488 (Invitrogen) at 1:1000.
