Shark Interceptor

SLAMini is pronounced like Martini. More mini-nonsense I'm bored with and should have dusted before photographing!

ZOOM!

Have a happy New Year y'all.

Kicking off FebRovery witih a micro-scale Ice Planet themed rover

An homage to a better, vanished time.

Designers Notes:

*Messing around with an idea I had last night.

*I needed something to showcase my microscale supercar design.

*By better I mean when Neil Peart was still alive.

Blog post.

My first attempt at micro scale building. Not too happy with the steps but overall learnt a lot for the next build so pretty happy with it.

Made for the Greco-Roman LEGO group micro-mini scale temple challenge.

I had to throw this together in 5 minutes so we had something in the thread!

Micropolis: close up view of the brutalist building

you'll find details of Micropolis in this set

Direct fire element of the company. For use with Mobile Frame Zero.

And before anyone posts something along the lines of "Brkdown plz thnx!" or something similarly juvenile, you can find the innards of the torso right here.

All of the major elements are now in place, it's a matter of details. I hope to have a name for this ship by tomorrow.

Finally digitized this creation. It has a few more fixes, namely a more clear interior, folding fins, better guns, and rear landing gear. The arms also move up and down at the shoulder area slightly but I forgot to animate that. There are instructions for this model here: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-47640/TheRealBeef1213/prowler

here is a animation of the new pods in action: imgur.com/8LIaAfc

This is the first micro building I’ve done in a while. Mostly I’ve just done spaceships. This Hogwarts includes the Great Hall, Grand Staircase Tower, Astronomy Tower, Hospital, Viaduct Entrance, Boathouse, Greenhouses, Whomping Willow, and Viaduct. The base is made with BrickHeadz core SNOT parts covered in Dark Bley, Dark Tan, and Olive slopes and plates. The viaduct entrance’s clock pendulum is made with a NINJAGO nunchuck element.

Self sustained NCS communications satellite, non-weaponized network platform.

During the final performance tests, something went horribly wrong...

Détail/ MiniMaquette

Built one day after a PortLUG meeting. Just used parts I had on hand.

Been messing about with microscale space a bit recently. Most of it has been crap.

Quite pleased with this however so I thought I'd post it.

When the war came to the Antarion IV, the factories became a significant target for heavy bombers of the enemy faction. As a result, each factory was upgraded to defend itself and ultimately the factories on Antarion IV became as heavily armed as the war machines they produced.

This microscale vignette was created for the Eurobricks Micro Sci-Fi contest.

Another 6x6 doodle. This one started with the waterfall and I just built the rest of the keep around it. It’s amazing how much landscape you can actually fit in a 36-stud area if you build upwards!

for this house. not great at all angles,

but hopefully conveys the concept

Microsale, about 1:350. Still 107 studs long. These things are monsters!

A photo in the dark. Just an experiment, altough a black ship doesn't look very well on black background. Only one light source used here.

Probably somewhere in Florida

Microscale Asteroid base

I've had 10 or so Microscale vehicles and spacecraft sitting on my building table at home for about 3 years now, waiting for me to build another Microscale diorama. But I'm now too bored of them to use them even if I do. So I'm just going to post them up here and pull 'em apart - too many good pieces tied up in these things.

Here is the latest creation of my 6 years old son.

This is the first of a series of 24 ship coming from Star Wars Universe.

All ships inclued all the staff

he has been inspired by a moc seen on flickr. The member moc the Death Star and all the staff ! (check Marin Stipkovic work ; www.flickr.com/photos/marinstipkovic/5136266860/in/set-72... )

The Drenner E-51, while highly outdated now, pioneered the now-common "isolation" method of mining, in which the surrounding rock is vaporized using low-intensity bolts and the material is gathered via tractor beam and sent to the aft processing unit.

This craft must be used in tandem with a shipping barge, as it has no internal holds of its own.

Aside from the Earthling colonists and pioneers, the Galactic Rim is populated by several indigenous species. The mammalian Oroso evolved space travel fifty years after the human race. However, unlike humanity, the discovery of the stars and faster-than-light travel quickly brought the many nations of the Oroso together moving towards the same cause.

Fast forward to present day, and the Oroso Conclave is one of the most stable presences in the area. With several sites of asteroid mining and an expanding colony sector, protection is provided by the Astro-Oroso. Their naval mainstay is the Jnai'tk-class Light Cruiser, a ship-to-ship specialist. Solidly built with old fashioned multi-barrel fragmentation cannons and overlapping armour plates, the Vorq-snk packs real bang for it's proverbial buck. Able to go toe-to-toe with pirate capital ships and Wun'Tux clanships, the J'nai'tk has little anti-fighter weaponry to speak of and can be isolated by intelligent use of snubfighter squadrons in opposition. This image shows a J'nai'tk with a mercenary Blackjack as an anti-fighter escort.

Length: 81m

Crew: 52

Manufacturer: The Astro-Oroso Combine.

Weaponry:

2 x Long Range Mass Drivers (fore)

2 x Multi-Barrel Fragmentation Cannons (turret, port and starboard)

1 x STS Dual Barrel Fusion Cannon

Defences: Overlapping Duranium Armour Plates

Another one of these microscale I've had around for too long.

Mormoops (more-moops) – monster bat. Actual name of a bat, but too uncool a name to ever call a MOC? Not anymore!

Microsale, about 1:350. Still 107 studs long. These things are monsters!

I particularly like the "cowl" of the cockpit, and how the engine clusters turned out, for how simply they are constructed.

Photo quality is terrible, as this photo was just meant to quickly catalogue a long-standing and previously undocumented MOC.
