The image is a bit of a fib: the empty scene at Miami Beach is explained by the bitingly cold weather and the leaden grey skies. So I cheated with the editing, enhancing the light and warmth factors, as well as the colour saturation.

I do like these Miami South Beach lifeguard stations: each is individually styled and brightly coloured. Beat that, SoCal!
