This sideways laying tree is a metaphor for life - it's full of twists and turns, getting used and knocked down, etc. We all have to learn from those experiences, get back up, and move on.

Today I facilitated workshops with LEGO.

LEGO is great for building metaphors and expressing images instead of just talking.

It was great fun and people were really surprised as to what they themselves had built.
