While we were driving about this morning, we came across a shop in the inner northern Brisbane suburb of Grange with two great murals on the side (mural day today!) and I stopped to take shots of both. They are for later. For one shot, I had to get behind the shop whose front is on the side of a hill, the rear underneath is a large dug out customer car park which only had one car in it, fortunately. I was surprised to find all the walls of that rather dark car park were covered with a variety of rather interesting and well created murals which would otherwise be impossible to see or even know of their existence.
So here is one, painted around some of the electrical and other gear for the building. I thought it worked quite well. As for the artists, well some had obvious names, others ciphers and all unknown to me sadly. But they will have their time in the light thanks to some good fortune! In due course of course.

Quick 34 second exposure. Taken during a full moon and I used a yellow gel to highlight this mustard colored truck. I have no idea what this writing is but who ever did it was probably quite proud. This doesn't have any great composition, not even a back tire but what I really like is the line of lights in the background and the mountain range. Taken in the desert looking west.
