I created the word "memories" by using the letters from Denyse Schmidt's pattern, "The Proverbial Quilt".

As part of my project 'Memories', I looked at five different photographers, and tried different techniques. This photograph is an experiment before my final series.

Moody childhood memories.

Moment are the memories.

Taken by me, modelled by Polly. Again, part of my experimenting with Photoshop Elements. I wanted to give the image an old look with the sepia and grain, but I wanted to make Polly look bright compared to the scene, but not as if she's out of place.
