Part of Open House New York (OHNY) 2017, where on a weekend once a year many beautiful architectures and spaces normally not open to public are open for people to see.

This year I visited the Brooklyn Navy Yard. An old navy yard with long history that have been converted to commercial spaces.

Again this year photography wise I decided to go with my Hasselbald 500 C/M, 50mm, 80mm and 150mm set, and left my digital home. So, all were done on film. It was a fun afternoon walking around and taking pictures in there.

This was a fun little test... I shot a roll of PortraNC 120 and then developed it myself in BW chemicals. I think I should have let it develop for a little bit longer. :) Oh well.. the grain adds a certain charm.

This is one of my favourite spots in the city. You get caught in a fight between buildings and mirrors. On a sunny, clear day if you look closely (or with a pair of binoculars) you can clearly see yourself looking at yourself in the buildings that are deep in the reflection.

Not quite the case today - or with this camera - I'm afraid!
