K ran the half marathon yesterday knowing he was likely to aggravate his knee injury. Today he can barely walk, poor thing. Being a loving wife, I helped bath and get the girls to bed before leaving him on the sofa and going out to run 5 miles.

Medium crust pizza made from store-bought dough. Spinach, red onion, two layers of crumbled gorgonzola, standard can tomato sauce made into a spicy sauce with way more flavor, serrano pepper, and tomato. Nom.

The garden looks lovely at the moment. Tulips blooming and ready to bloom. Beautiful.

Other than managing to muster the energy for a run this morning, I didn't manage to do much else today. I'm shattered!
