K ran the half marathon yesterday knowing he was likely to aggravate his knee injury. Today he can barely walk, poor thing. Being a loving wife, I helped bath and get the girls to bed before leaving him on the sofa and going out to run 5 miles.

The garden looks lovely at the moment. Tulips blooming and ready to bloom. Beautiful.
Other than managing to muster the energy for a run this morning, I didn't manage to do much else today. I'm shattered!
