Inspired, I made a meatloaf of ground sirloin stuffed with sausage, broccoli, and cheddar cheese. The whole thing was then wrapped in puff pastry and baked again until crispy.

Original and copy. Actually I used my right hand as the model, as I molded it upside down and flipped it.

so in germany, i guess meatloaf isn't really meatloaf so much as a big slice of ham with a fried egg on top. exhibit b in my "everything is better with a fried egg on top" legal argument.

This painting represents one of my favorite strategies in artwork. Due to an uncanny scenario rendered in the PokeMon series, a Japanese cultural invention, I utilized some of the characters in order to form a parody of an album cover released by Meatloaf in America. I am especially fond of finding similarities between works that emerge from different cultures and combining them in a witty painting or drawing.

So close you can almost taste it.
