Inspired, I made a meatloaf of ground sirloin stuffed with sausage, broccoli, and cheddar cheese. The whole thing was then wrapped in puff pastry and baked again until crispy.

I am thankful for the food but more so that my husband prepared it, and that our family gathers around the dinner table to share it and each other's company. I have so much to be grateful for, this is just a small slice.
