Fairly straightforward and 3 hour smoke at 240°F (actual) with Apple Wood smoke.
Cold rainy day, windy, and set at 275°F, 240°F was the limit for the electric smoker
Decided to give it a whirl. I use ground turkey. The potatoes are out of a box-opps! You cook carrots, onion and celery first-like stuffing prep and even add water soaked pieces of bread. It was good-I would have cooked the veggies longer though.

Steinman had wanted equal billing with Meat Loaf on the album's title. He wanted it to be called "Jim Steinman presents..." or "Jim and Meat," or vice versa. For marketing reasons, the record company wished to make 'Meat Loaf' the recognizable name. As a compromise, the words "Songs by Jim Steinman" appear relatively prominently on the cover. The singer believes that this was probably the beginning of their "ambivalent relationship."

In April 2010, my roommate and I decided to go volunteer at the local animal shelter. While there we took turns letting all the dogs out to potty and play. They were all so sweet, loving and full of excitement because someone was there to spend some time with them. While there, a small mixed breed puppy caught my eye. He had red hair with a black nose and a belly that was so swollen. This puppy seemed so genuine and happy to be alive as we played with him. Over the next few days, I just couldn't get the little guy out of my mind. So, the following week, I made a trip back to the shelter and adopted Meatloaf, my first ever shelter pet. I have now had him a year and a half and it has definitely been an exciting ride. At our first vet appointment, the Doctor told us that the reason his belly was swollen is because he had worms and it took two rounds of medications to resolve this problem. Three months later he swallowed and battery and had to undergo major surgery. I have never been so scared in my life. He had to take antibiotics while I was providing care to his incision. After a year together, I threw him a birthday party at the park with a bunch of doggie friends. They had such a great time eating a scooby doo cake I had made. The past year and a half have flown by and everyday I am so glad to have adopted my Meatloaf!

I just kept telling Carmela that the "Meat Loaf" sticker was cute and that lots of people (and animals) were wearing them on Flickr these days, but she insisted that it just made her look like a jack ass. She suggested that I go find some dumb cow to wear the sticker. Anthony stood by her side. . . but said nothing.

Deliberately made to be served cold; this meatloaf is heavily flavoured and has hard-boiled eggs running through its middle.
