Sorry in advance to all my Vegan friends. I know the whole bacon cupcake thing is old news but I couldn't let it pass without trying it. I believe the recipe is straight off of Cupcakes take the Cake. Well, if you like the salty sweet combo then these are to die for. There are chunks of bacon in the cupcake. The icing is cream cheese maple cinnamon. I could have spread it on top of a bug and it would have still been delicious. It's like a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle from McDonalds and a Cinnabon had a baby.

Happy Pancake Day!!
I was going to make homemade McGriddles--I bought this tiny egg fry pan for solely that purpose--only to be disappointed with NO eggs in the fridge *sigh*. Regardless, I still enjoyed these tiny chocolate, blueberry pancakes. Nom nom nom nom nom.

I haven't eaten McDonalds in years and this was my first and last time ever trying a McGirddles .. don't get me wrong .. it was DELICIOUS .. however I am starting my strict regimen again today .. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I only gained a pound since my 4 month diet hiatus .. however I am going back on my regimen again ..
I've thought McDonald's McGriddles (pancake sandwiches) are scary, yet the first time I see this waffle sandwich at Dunkin' Donuts, I tried it...not bad

We were talking about meeting for breakfast before the race, and Matt joked that we should eat a bunch of sausage biscuits, and I said, "Let's eat McGriddles! They're so bad for you, but so good, and I never eat them." I was the only one who actually got a McGriddle, but James did get a sausage biscuit sandwich.

The cereal had these awful tasting dried yogurt covered flakes, so I took them out. I added about 4 ounces of milk (more on that later) and added the blue berries. It was quite tasty. Not shown: 3 McDonald's McGriddles. Just kidding. Not shown is two tall glasses of water.
