The Pastime Athletic Club is headed by our bold Captain Visionary, and a fine captain she is. However, behind the scenes lurks another somewhat more sinister presence who exerts a considerable influence over the mechanisms that make the team function in its unique and quirky fashion.
Rarely seen in daylight, our Mastermind sticks to the shadows where her scheming comes to fruition. Sightings are extremely rare, even for members of the Club themselves, and are generally believed to bring either unusually good or bad fortune, depending on certain circumstances, including season, temperature, time of day, and the presence or absence of certain animals, herbs, or symbols.
In keeping with the aura of mystery surrounding the enigmatic Nightmare, nothing at all is known about her past. There is even considerable dispute over how it was she came to be affiliated with the Red Suit Enthusiasts (though it could never be said that she lacks enthusiasm), and her teammates have devoted considerable energy to speculating as to the true extent of her abilities (a knack for invisibility and the power to converse with animals are the current front runners of this debate).
It is our hope that, whether it foretells good or evil, the future is full of sightings of this eccentric character; any unlucky omens that result will be more than balanced out by the thrills derived from her presence.

I had a really fun photoshoot with this awesome, talented and energetic dance group. They do some really cool choreographed dancing like that you might see on americas best dance crew. This was awesome because when we could not think of poses i would just have them spontaneously dance and fire away.
I decided to bring my ipod speakers to play some music to keep things lively and fun, it worked out very well!
We did a short video shoot, it was spontaneous, we decided to do it on the top floor of the "Bellevue Square" parking garage, all was well until security asked to see our shoot permit. Luckily the security guard was nice and said we could keep shooting but had to leave soon. Here is the video: vimeo.com/14911143 and a picture of our setup during the shoot taken quickly with my iphone (explains the quality) sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs613.snc4/59370_150...
Gray Tree Frog (Chiromantis xerampelina) - Hoedspruit, South Africa
Just look at his evil grin. Obviously, he is the mastermind behind all the mischiefs in the area.
I'm having a hard time finding what species this is. I was told that these frogs are called 'rainfrogs' in South Africa, as they turn bright white just before it starts to rain. With the help of ~NaturalPhotoz, I have tentatively called it the Grey Tree Frog, aka Grey Foam-nest Treefrog. They make little nests of foam to lay there eggs in, which can quite often be seen next to roads.
Masterminds are introspective, introverted, logical, rational, pragmatic, clear-headed, directive, bright, and attentive. As strategists, they are better than any other type at brainstorming approaches to situations. Masterminds are capable but not eager leaders, stepping forward only when it becomes obvious to them that they are the best for the job. Strong-willed and very self-assured, they may make this decision quickly, as they tend to make all decisions. But though they are decisive, they are open to new evidence and new ideas, flexible in their planning to accommodate changing situations. They tend to excel at judging the usefulness of ideas and will apply whatever seems most efficient to them in accomplishing their clearly envisioned goals. To Masterminds, what matters is getting it done—but also learning the principles of how to get it done efficiently and well, that is, at a professional level of quality. However, they may not give much thought to the social cost of getting there, "focusing so tightly on their own pursuits [that] they can ignore the points of view and wishes of others.
Masterminds are highly pragmatic, and they will put forth a great deal of time and effort to implement effective ideas. They are driven to solve complex problems and to create organized, decided, and executed solutions. Masterminds tend to make positive statements instead of negative ones, focusing on how to make the organization more efficient in the future rather than dwelling on past mistakes.
Masterminds are also highly theoretical, and one of the more open-minded of the 16 role variants. Before Masterminds adopt a theoretical notion, they insist on researching all the available data and checking the idea against reality. Masterminds are suspicious of theories based on poor research and will discard ideas that cannot be effectively implemented.
As leaders, Masterminds are skilled in contingency planning and entailment organizing, which are directive activities that tell the planner what activities to do and in what order to do them. Once in a position of power, Masterminds are known for their efficiency and willingness to adopt useful ideas.
