Nik Mashup promueve la participación, la reflexión y el diálogo a través del reconocimiento de las distintas identidades culturales de la ciudadanía y de su percepción y opiniones respecto a la violencia y las vulneraciones de derechos humanos sufridas en el pasado.

Word play mash-up by Jack Nicholson from the film “The Witches of Eastwick”.
Track Name : Before You Snap, Album : Splendid Isolation, Artist :Yonderboi.
Canon used for everything, apart from the bed which was taken with the N95.
Well, clean up the dirt, but there's just more dirt to clean up tomorrow,
Make the beds; they just have to be made tomorrow,
Wash the dishes, more to wash tomorrow,
Make dinner, it just gets eaten doesn't it,
The world keeps growing, and feeding, it doesn’t feed you does it ?
But how much can you take,
How much can you take before you snap...?
These are the folks who made Mashup a household word.. for Geeks anyway.
(too bad Pete Cashmore wasn't around too ;)

Mashups workshop by Tony Hirst. He showed off Yahoo's Pipes graphical mashup tool.
Later...
Following Tony's various demonstrations with Yahoo Pipes (which I had briefly looked at a while ago but got absolutely nowhere with) I had another play this evening and produced tinyurl.com/2axs6y which puts all places mentioned in the last 50 news stories from my department's website onto a Yahoo Map. I wanted to go a bit further and use Google Maps instead, but its just too slow loading in all the data.
"Architextures" is a series of composite images. Each image is a mashup of multiple photographs. At least one of the sources is of an architectural subject, anything from closeup walls or windows to broad cityscapes. The added images provide texture or pattern. In some, the architectural forms are preserved and obvious. In others, the pictures become pure abstractions. Yet in all of them, the inherent geometry, angles, lines, and repetitions of the architecture are essential to the geometry and esthetics of the final image. Most of the source images used for this series are already posted in this photostream. The links to the original and source images are listed below.
The ”High Rise” sets are based on images of the Atlanta, Georgia skyline and its tall buildings. Source images and explanatory notes are elsewhere in this photostream.

Frontier Applique starts with the premise that a simple whitewashed exterior wall could be a canvas or lens into other scenes. A typical southwest house is the model. The architectural style is Spanish Territorial, with vigas, canales, window grilles, and staggered New Mexico style parapets. Other photographs have been used to over-paint the white stucco walls.

Going through the 22@ {Barcelona}’s infrastructure, I found corners and spaces that would almost seem impossible, seen with this other perspective and angles. It connotes something different to the building in its totality.

This is a filmswap project I did with my friend Lindsey. I shot my part using an Olympus XA rangefinder. She shot hers using a Minolta SLR.
