The chicken was sooooo moist and delicious. Bathed in buttermilk and dipped in a breadcrumb/thyme/romano mixture.
I have actually been to Long Island quite a bit for work over the past few years but somehow this was my first time dining in a diner. I had this delicious and probably unhealthy sliced hot open.
Tonight's dinner was tarragon chicken, (too) creamy garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus.
I need to figure out how to give more details to object that don't have distinct edges (like tonight's mashed potatoes).
If you're getting bored of the food photography, I'm going on a week long road/camping trip next week. I'm sure I'll come back with plenty of awesome out in the field photos.

It's sad to say but I find myself being coerced into certain craving by what the Griffins on Family Guy are eating. Looked to me like they were eating meatloaf and mashed potatoes so I mentioned it and my Queen defrosted the meat and made me meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner today. All I can say is, "Get me a bucket!"
