24th Annual Huntington's Disease Triathlon 2015. Miami, FL. Sony a6000 with Sigma AF Lens 70-300mm for Minolta and passive adapter. Manual focus.
Another shot of the Hibiscus plant in my garden. I used my 'new to me' Macro lens my Dad picked up for me! I really am loving the lens!!! It is a manual focus lens and I had a bit of a problem adjusting to that at first, but I think I got the hang of it now! I also find that I have to overexpose by at least half a stop in order to get the exposure I am looking for, but, practice makes perfect!!!

Manual focus legacy lens (70mm f/2) using the E-M5's built-in 2X digital teleconverter (140mm f/2)
It's been a while since I shot with my Nikkor 50mm. Since it doesn't autofocus with the D40, I figured I had better get some practice with it. I may have to use it for runway shooting next week!

I tried to focus on the Chiff Chaff up ahead and ended up focusing on the greenery behind it. Still made for an interesting photo I thought.

I've been reading about Zeiss manual focus lenses and wanted go give manual focus a go using my Canon 28mm f/1.8. I like the results!
Manual focus bird in flight. With a 500 mm mirror lens. This is a re post of a photo from last January. Looking forward for things to come.
Another set of pictures I found in a folder, and I have no idea why they are there - I've long forgotten, and there's no common theme or time. Some of these images are 20 years old.
I have little idea of which camera or lens, but I would say they are all taken with a classic manual focus lens on a digital camera of some sort.
Em almoço agradável com meus amigos Evelise e Tiago, a Evelise lançou uma questão que espero que vire hábito por aqui... Usar o modo manual de foco, mesmo sem necessidade. Nesse horário de almoço fiz isso, e que sensação boa! Controle, desafio, responsabilidade de acertar o foco, e tudo isso por um simples botãozinho de AF -> MF!
As fotos aí de cima foram tiradas com a 50mm f/1.8.
