35mm FoV funk. Manual Focus funk. Slow sync funk.
Saudi Arabian Boeing 747-400 1:200 scale model by Herpa. This is last of a series of shots I took at 35mm, some with manual focusing. Why? Becoz I'm contemplating whether to get a fast 35mm prime lens.
24th Annual Huntington's Disease Triathlon 2015. Miami, FL. Sony a6000 with Sigma AF Lens 70-300mm for Minolta and passive adapter. Manual focus.
Running around late at night after going to see Cherish the Ladies at the Albuquerque Zoo with friends. I set the camera to manual focus and ISO 3200 and f/1.4 and ran around with the kids and holding down the shutter. A couple of them were almost interesting :)

This is for the 'ambassador' challenge in 12 Months for Dogs. The challenge is to use the lyrics of John Lennon's Imagine for inspiration and also to use manual focus. I took this at the end of a long walk when I wasn't in the best frame of mind and also didn't dare let Taivas off the lead because there were three ponies right behind her. Ponies and Taivas are not a good mix!
So not my best shot but I wanted to participate.

It's not my intention to be so specific with all my photos. It is just a little ad for funadium who has worked hard to learn me a lot about photographing and who gave me the advise to buy the new lens, the lamps (and not to forget a DSLR camera), store away the bricklayer lamp, almost forget that the camera has a flash and of course forget all about automatic settings.

This fish was struggling to get get free even though it was pinned by the herons beak. As a fly fisherman, I admire the sheer talent of these fishing machines.
Manual focus and long exposure -- my first real star photos! Nothing to write home about, but I love them.

Giving the MZ-S's ability to work with older K-Mount lenses a try by trying out five of my favourite lenses from my collection with the MZ-S. They work, not 100% perfect, but they work well enough.
