Manipulated picture, i added the clouds.
I think there is gas in it but im not shure.
I call them dream globes.
...and I did. Over and over.
I used the Paintshop Pro Clarify filter over and over again to achieve this effect. Photoshop unfortunately (or fortunately) doesn't have an equivalent. It's a way of sharpening a photo by lightening areas around darken areas. Normally it's used much more subtlety than this.
You never quite realize how big your skin pores are until you do something like this...
the coronavirus really messes things up. now that this is memorial day weekend it's clear spring 2020 is a total loss. going over spring photos from prior years when i ran into this batch. i took them ten years ago with my first camera, a very low end p&s. the camera has a 3x zoom. didn't know if that was optical or electronic zoom because i didn't know anything back then. amazing how time flies
Students at W.B. Miller Elementary celebrated being the top school in the Read. Play. Win! literacy initiative. The exemplary campus was visited by representatives from University of Phoenix, Dallas Cowboys and mascot Rowdy. Miller second-grader Alicia Hudson read 534 books to be the top reader in the contest and is pictured on a University of Phoenix billboard on west 635. (Official Dallas ISD photo by Todd Overman)

I took these Photos in the late 1990's with my Minolta Maxxim 5000 35mm SLR Film Camera with Color Slide Film, while I was just learning Photography and consequently the resulting Slides turned out horrible.
I Scanned the Slides to create to create Electronic Images and manipulated the results with both Photoshop™ and Photomatix Essentials™ to create artistic results.
A photo taken in the new forest, of all places. This is one of the most fun images I've worked with from the aspect of post-processing.
The original was pretty boring, forest background, you could see Alison as well. Changing some of the exposure settings and contrast etc, I got the above picture.
I wouldn't call this photoshopped, as I didn't use any brushes etc for touch up, just camera raw. There isn't any exif data as I used Save for Web.

Another scary image manipulation of my daughter. It must be because Halloween is coming...
The original is here.
Edit: The more I look at this, the more disturbing I find it. I think it's the black voids of the eyes :oS

Someone at work had a little too much fun with the yellow tape.
The original had potential but the deep DOF made it a little too cluttered. In order to stylize it a bit more I selected the yellow tape in Photoshop, inverted the selection, and then applied a grayscale gradient map using that selection as a layer mask.
OK so I admit it I've been doing some Photo Manipulation, but the nights are long and there has not been much to photograph of late what with having to go out to work and then the weather, I got board so I went and did a bit of manipulation. 56 091 powers away from Orton Mere during a NVR Diesel Gala.
