10/31/15 Manhattan, NY. A police cruiser, symbolically positioned, in front of the Freedom Tower as Police lined the streets prior to the Halloween Parade.
Considered the first residential skyscraper complex in the world, Tudor City is located at the edge of Turtle Bay on the East Side of Manhattan in New York City. Consisting of 15 buildings, comprising 11 co-op apartment buildings & four brownstones, with roughly 5000 residents. There are restaurants, various stores, etc. and several small parks such as this one.
