something deconstructed: discombobulated wristwatch
something glass: glass stopper from bottle of wine
painted with light: camera flash rebounding off a DVD
Just a messy assemblage of bits and pieces, really, which had my camera making weird fizzing noises.

i have been wanting to make a triangle garland for a while. my thought was after the swing set was up to make two to decorate the area. my friend had given me some poly fabric that her mother saved from clothing she made her and her brother. i remembered that poly doesn't fade and wear as fast as cotton if put outside. after i made the garland i asked sophia if she would like it hung inside or out.
I climbed that ridge to take the previous photograph. Taken with a 24mm lens. Tripod of course as it was not to bright that day.
went up to Lancaster PA a few weeks back in hopes of seeing our beloved Amish friends working the fields. I asked on young man about this fellow's age if they would be plowing and he said that most of the plowing had already been done. I was a bit surprised that more of them were not out in the fields for that golden light but then realised that the "milking" had to get done first as I could hear the generators running from the milk houses on almost every farm. This group was the only ones that finally came out early. It wasn't long though that the rest of the community began the daily field chores...hope to share more in the near future. I was pleasantly surprised that most of them actually waved and through up a hand to me...such an amazing place.
Yoss would make himself two 5-meat sandwiches, each time, and they'd take a goodly while to construct.

I was making masks tonight when I got to the final layer of this one and it reminded me of the Mothman Prophecies. Just thought I'd share.
The beginnings of a Jesus toast necklace I am making for my friend Jake's 'Sacreligious 22nd' Birthday party this Saturday. Theme = Come as your favourite Jesus!
If these were real toast and not made of wax I would eat my words! www.thisblogrules.com/2010/03/historical-figures-on-toast...
