Here she is just past Kinneil Halt doing something she rarely did in real life - hauling passengers (though most of them are photographing her)!

Warner Bros. Studios Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter is a public attraction in Leavesden in southeastern England. It is a permanent behind the scenes exhibit of the Harry Potter films.

The Studio Tour, opened to the public in early 2012. The grand opening event was attended by many of the Harry Potter film series cast and crew members.

Each tour session typically lasting three hours, the studio tour has the capacity to handle 6,000 visitors daily. Despite Warner Bros. being the studio behind Harry Potter, the tour is styled as a theme park, due to the fact that Warner Bros. sold the licence to do so to both Warner Bros. and Universal Studios.

Though the standard tour is self-guided, various guided tours are available at an additional cost.

It only includes sets, props and costumes that were actually created for or used in the production of the Harry Potter film series.

Almost twenty years after the complex was converted from aerodrome to film studios—and over a year since the completion of work on the newly refurbished studios—the site was officially opened by the Prince William and his wife the Duchess of Cambridge on 26 April 2013. On their visit, they were accompanied by the Duke's brother Prince Harry and J. K. Rowling (who had been unable to attend the tour's grand opening the year before), amongst other guests. Several hundred beneficiaries of supported charities were given invitations to the Studio Tour on the day of the visit. The royal entourage visited both the tour and the studios, viewing the props and costumes from Christopher Nolan's Batman films, before conducting the site's inauguration.

Inspired by Flickr's Jerseysam, I attempted to make potato crisps.

Good to eat, especially with a glass of beer - but now I have huge respect for firms like Kettle Chips who must have to control a very critical process perfectly day in and day out to produce what they sell.

My first experiment with an el cheapo ND grad filter, coupled with my ND110. It means a lot of editing to remove colourcasts and a still being left with an overexposed sky. I'm gonne save for some real GRAD filters!

Following the PFDF in the internet brought back memories from my trip to Paris last Summer and I realised the thing I miss the most is macaroons! LOL. The problem is there isn't a single bakery around here that would sell decent macaroons so, haunted by cravings, I made some today myself! My hubby was pretty happy to have a selection of chocolate, pistachio, coconut and cherry macaroons waiting for him when he got home from work. :)

BTW: I used no artificial colourings and was surprised how much colour the ingredients gave to the macaroons.

What kind of snake do you think this is?

I captured a pair of chickadees making a nest in this rotten tree, which was standing in the marsh water. The green color in the background is the algae from the marsh pond.

This bird is on duty pecking away at the tree, boring a hole and cavity in which to lay eggs and raise chicks. Its mate is taking a rest (last post) but soon they will switch places :)

Look carefully and you can see specks of wood on the bird's beak...

A "top-worker" of the quarry. He is preparing with a hydraulic press the rough paving stones that a colleague will refine with hammer and chisel.

Both are working in a team together and produce several cubic meters of stones each day. They are paid by the quantity (they have to make a given quantity per day so the length of the day will change according to their speed). Usually their salaries are about 6'000Sfr.

"I exist in the relations. Others create me and I am a reflection of others. I wanna be part of you - your body, your moment, your story, and your life. Once I met him. This encounter is still a memorable moment of something that moves me forward, let me dance and spin around. His body stucked to mine and we were breathing together. I have been embraced from inside, I became part of him. We were together, once and for ever."
