A definite high point of 2014 was this photo shoot in early fall. I had such an awesome time I can't wait to do it again. This last photo was very different for me and came at the end when we getting playful about poses.

Never one to rest on my laurels, I'm thinking of giving a significant "Makeover" to a couple of my past builds. These are the 4 right now that have had their "time in the spotlight" and I think it's time to either significantly modify them or scrap them. "Madness", you say? Perhaps, but it's either that, or they continue to collect dust.
-Which of these builds do you feel I should give a “MOC Makeover” to first?
A) Sailboat
B) Starfighter
C) Spider-Mech
D) Train Engine
-What is it that you would change about them?
-Any of them you would just scrap all together?
I reached another milestone in my transgendered journey this week. Last September I approached the cosmetics counter at Lord and Taylor trembling inside asking for a foundation to provide good coverage. The first woman I spoke with directed me to the NARS counter. At this point I thought “oh no they are freaking out”, but the young woman I met Kasey, was polite and helpful. Over the next few months I would come back to build my needed stock of make-up. Each time she would teach me how to use the cosmetics and also encourage me. We had some in depth conversations about transgendered people and the world. During this time she would extend the repeated offer of a make-over. Now back 10 months ago I never would have dreamed of going out in public and getting a make-over. But over the last year I started to get my proverbial TG wings and have stated going out regularly.
So yesterday was the day, I showed up at Kasey’s counter where she greeted me with a smile. It was surreal to be sitting there, in the make-up chair, having all my life walked by watching with envy as women were getting make over’s. The make-over took about an hour. Kasey gave me some fantastic tips, each step of the way. I have had make over’s before but they were always done by TG artists, the look was ultra glamorous. I have always wanted to find a professional look, suitable for a transgendered woman like my self. Kasey did it; I loved the sophisticated but subtle look she gave me. I took a walk around the mall and felt like a princess. You can see the picture on my Flickr page.
After the make-over I headed out to the Paula Young wig’s factory store.
The women there were friendly and helpful, after awhile I was trying on dozens of wigs off the showroom shelf and finally wound up buying three. We has some great conversations, the women were asking me all about, why, how long, and where about my dressing. They gave a complements on my outfit. It was great to talk openly about so many things I have held inside for so long. There was another woman there, a customer, who was helping me pick out wigs and helped me style them. We sat and had some deep conversations about her life, her gay brother and my transgenderism. She kind rattle me when she told me that I make a great women, and she hoped someday I would seek re-assignment, since it was obvious that I was really a women. I have always considered my self a cross-dresser and her saying this kind of messed with my mind. When I was leaving I told the SA’s, “I never thought I say this but I can’t wait to get out of these heel and pantyhose” They laughed hysterically and said “Now you sound like a woman!”

Here was Arriva Buses Wales Wrightbus VDL SB200 Pulsar CX07 CUV 2658 was seen pictured at Llandudno Junction on route 13 to Prestatyn. This bus has recently had it's repaint to the front and has applied with a new logo to it. 11/04/19

This past week, I got to meet with Monica Prata and get a makeover, including help with my makeup and finding a new wig! I'm hoping to sneak in some more time this weekend to try and re-create what I learned :).

She got a haircut, semi glitter removal and a boil perm. Her hair is really nice and thick, she has the thickest hair of the three and also the silkiest. Hence why I didn't change her hair much just a few layers and a boil to get rid of her waves from the braids.
Just back from the bare Minerals Boutique in Glasgow getting a Makeover. The manager had phoned me to tell me that there was a new product which she felt would be good for me and to come in an get a makeover. So i did that today. the girls in the boutique are ver friendly and it was a lovely experience.Afterwards i went for an earl grey Tea and a scone in John Lewis and before leaving had bought a blouse, the one you see her. A really good day the assistant in John Lewis could not have been more helpful.
I'm very glad that I have finally Nefera, in my country hard to get cuz doll has 4 years. The previous owner did for her the own ring and repaired the broken leg. I did repaint. And.. et voilà, c'est tout!
first time i ever put on a real complete make up. now i know why a lot of girls are addicted to it. it makes you feel like you are on top of the world. you look prettier and bolder than you always have been
I did this with a virtual makeover cd-rom. So poor Davey didn't have to suffer the indignity of me putting these things on him. LOL

A high point of 2014 was a photoshoot with a dear friend whom I have stayed in touch with for years. She is making a go of this professionally and was gracious enough to indulge my fantasy of a high quality studio shoot. I had such a good time that I am already planning another visit.
I'll add a couple more later as I get time.
