The smells. That's what takes me back. Like an encore at the end of the night, just one more song. Back to the sidewalk with the Italian oleander and the sea in the air. Back to the roadside fruit stand raspberries, taking customer orders after school on Wednesdays and Fridays. Back to the couch watching cartoons with cinnamon and syrup fingers. Home and travels, breathe it in so you can keep them forever.

I was given a 7 hour time slot to paint this peice, The gate to the lot would lock up at 5 and I wasn't allow to stay and paint past business hours. Anyway, I showed up an hour late and painted my ass of for 6 hours. It was a real workout because of the scale, and my forearm felt like it was a wet noodle after. Although the time constraint helped with the 'deconstructive painting style, random 3d, hollow effects and negative spaces played a big role.

Enjoying the Weather POO cat sitting on the deck rail observing his surroundings, he loves outdoors and spends as much time there as he can. It makes him happy, he patrols the grounds of about 4 houses and the woods next to me, he does what he wants and my nearby neighbors treat him like there own, a spoiled rotten wannabe Ferrel cat!

Sometimes life is hard. This beautiful little guy has been through the wringer as you might notice by the wings. But God has a way of making broken things beautiful. I am so glad that when I think I will “make a way” He shows me that He has in fact been the One who makes the way.

BNSF L-CHI102 takes off at Coal City, IL on the BNSF Chillicothe Sub with a warbonnet pair leading the charge. This train seemed to run direct to Galesburg and did not make any stops to work along the way which made for quite a futile chase. Once we caught up, we had to make the shot count. May 2026

Boothill Graveyard is a small graveyard of at least 250 interments located in Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona. Also known as the "Old City Cemetery", the graveyard was used after 1883 only to bury outlaws and a few others. It had a separate Jewish cemetery, which is nearby.

This is the grave site of Mrs Stump. She died in 1884 during childbirth from an overdose of chloroform given her by the doctor.

Tombstone is a historic city in Cochise County, Arizona, United States, founded in 1877 by prospector Ed Schieffelin in what was then Pima County, Arizona Territory. It became one of the last boomtowns in the American frontier.

It is best known as the site of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral and presently draws most of its revenue from tourism.
