One of my biggest problems when working with pallet wood is that I sometimes need to use lumber of dimensions that I can't get from pallets. As I don't want to spend any money and wish to keep my projects free (and stay 100% with pallets) - here is one of my techniques to Make Larger Solid Wood Pieces Using Pallet Wood!

Use an expanding type glue (like Gorilla Glue) to bond as many pallet deck boards together as you need. Here, I bonded seven oak pallet boards to create this solid post.[/caption]

On September 24, 2011 I shot a wedding in Carmel as an invited second shooter for Ivan Makarov Photography. You can see a collection of the photographs I took from this wedding as I upload them over time here.
Vance Reeser makes animated films, creates images, crafts websites, and writes a blog. He so expertly filled up this Scout Book with some amazing character sketches–and a collage treat at the end. Not to mention the first time we've ever seen the Scout Book used as a mask! Bravo, bravo Vance! Great innovation. Great sketches.
Find Vance's work here, on his website. One project we're particularly intrigued by is a short animated film Vance is creating called the Beast of Black Lake. He used Kickstarter to fund the project but is still accepting backers to help propel the project towards completion.
We're pretty sure we'll be seeing loads of great stuff from Vance in the near future.

I wanted to take a picture of the Mummies alive figures but had no idea how to take it. So I just posed them walking Revoltech Queen Blade's Menace across the "desert". I thought they look pretty good together.
I'm a bit of a compulsive mender, mostly because I don't like to waste things. Also because it is easier and cheaper than going out & buying new clothes.
As my eldest has grown the mending has become easier due to the size of the clothing but the amount of mending has certainly increased with the constant wear & tear they seem to cop.
