St Lawrence lies in the heart of the Castle Rising village and can be seen from Castle Rising and the surrounding countryside. It was begun by William d'Albini, Earl of Sussex, shortly after he initiated work on the castle in 1138. The old church at the castle was demolished, thus making it right that he found a new one.
The church makes extensive use of local umber coloured sandstone (Carrstone). Of particular note are the central tower and the north entrance. I particularly like the blue clock on the lower portion of the tower.
" Ow, kiss me, baby
Gimme sugar kisses
Ah, give me a little bit of heart
Keep it like this
You know you make me say “aah!”
I said, kiss me, baby …. " :DD
Sierra landed a job as a secretary. She wanted to make a good impression on her first day, so I let her wear my Adrianna Papell dress, which I had actually borrowed from Tami. She looked so beautiful in it, she couldn't stop taking pictures. She later got fired that same day, but let's not dwell on the negative.
Another photo taken at Noshinima's Neighborhood for the #NoshsHoodChallenge2. I hope you like it. The fountain there is absolutely beautiful. Corbin Dinzel too this one too.
Wishing for lots of walnuts when she opens her eyes.

Makes me hope that winter isn't quite done with this city just yet.
My Pentax 6x7 caught a bit of a flu bug it seems during this last bout of cold weather and has to go in to the camera doctor. Wish her well.

One of my favorite chapters in the Book of Psalms :
Psalm 91
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

My personal belief ,the AntiChrist hasn't been revealed as the falling away hasn't
happened yet or the global need for peace ,perhaps a world war yet to happen. The "falling away" translated to greek means "departure" by which pre-tribulation rapture believing christians do believe it is and not alone attrbuted to people leaving the Christian faith .
Anyway , many speculations abound who the antichrist is.This video is one example ,
perhaps it holds water but AC is yet to be revealed in the future. He may not be as we thought .
I am not looking forward to see the Antichrist - Not in my dreams to be around at that time
to see him reigning in control of the global system . What Bible scholars had seen is the one world
global system as spoken in Revelations and it would not be any coincidence the world condition today
is heading to .Many world leaders are advocating for one world monetary system ,even the Vatican
calling for it.

Many of us may think it would not touch us if the middleast burns ,but take note mega inflation will happen ,perhaps will trigger global economic collapse . Can you cycle 60 miles to work 5 x a week when price of oil shoot up sky high ?
You may have resources enough to feed your family but think of others who will not have enough and will starve during the crisis .Have reflection of what is going on in some countries in EU ,example is Greece ,it breaks my heart .When people don't have enough and living for survival - try to figure out great social upheaval / cause and effect , surely will create an increase in criminalities ,lootings ,robberies and all evils,"where love of many will grow cold " as spoken in the Bible . Apart from the imminent nuclear threat ,some countries so involve with middleast affair ,including the country where I live in ,probability we might burn as well .But fear not if you have Yeshua or Jesus .
Hey doom and gloom again , for those critical of my postings and who just want to hear every rosy side of things ,well you have the choice to bury your head in the sand -- but it's rather good to be aware of what is to come and waking up others and as many into awareness than having pleasure of seeing others still sleeping / being caught up by hell of surprise unprepared .If it will not happen soon then many will be relieved but if this things spoken happens sooner ,it's good to be ready at all times .The most significant point is spiritual preparedness above prepping to save our physical bodies. Submitting ones life to Jesus ( no religion involve ) ,having personal relationship with Jesus is our way to eternal salvation .It's asking Jesus to come into our hearts and true repentance of our sins, and we're save in Christ. Jesus died for humanity for everyone to be save, for those who accept Him , the only sacrificial lamb of God to die once and for all .

o vento cuida disso...

"When you're with me there's a light and I can see my way
When you speak to me it's a song and I know what to say
When you listen there's a hope and I know I'm being hurt
When you smile at me and I know and we don't have to speak a word.
When you're with me there's a light and I can see my way
When you speak to me it's a song and I know what to say."

Frosty is waiting for her sister to arrive - they are the same and yet very different but they both share one wish: to protect each other from which ever harm may come upon them.

okee dokee, here's how I made my reuseable swiffers! These are so flippin easy, I want to see you all making your own. :)
I made this one with micro fiber (thanks for the tip, spooky daddy!) and it really grabs the dust. Though cutting it up initially makes a mess, you can use your creation to clean up when you're done, haha.

With the recent onset of true, winterlike temperatures in our area, the thistle sock has seen an increase in activity. Seems there's at least one or two Goldfinches on it whenever I look outside.
However, on this rather rainy day, while doing some birdwatching, I noticed there were lots of Goldfinches on the thistle sock, so I grabbed a shot before they flew off. I caught eight of them in this shot.
As we await the arrival of Winter Storm Ezra tomorrow, it's a good thing the Goldfinches were practicing their clinging and sharing skills, as those skills may be put to the test over the next two days.
And yes, there's a squirrel photobomber in the background, scarfing up the whole peanuts I'd tossed out earlier.
