Since the old mailbox had this really short post (set in concrete!) I had to get creative with whatever I could find lying around. Found some wood in the garage - think it was for fences or something - added it to the original post and made a new one. Attached my new - bigger - mailbox - yahoo! We have a bigger, taller mailbox now. Not a bad job, if I do say so myself. Now I just need to pretty it up a bit : )
