We don't have mailbox anymore.... youtu.be/KzqwWwMAer8 Though at least the bush has survived ;) But we have started to think that maybe we need to put the stones into concrete, so that the next Speedy Gonzales couldn't get away so easy (¬ _¬)

In Australia there are many mailboxes / letterboxes like this in our country or rural areas. I particularly liked the character of this one with its rather corroded body and red rusty textures.

This mailbox is near Bowraville, New South Wales.

Must be a big problem with mailboxes coming up missing in this area.

I found a mailbox for my letters and made my husband take this picture in the snow. He thought I was rather silly.

A tree falls next to a mailbox. Does it make a sound?

Shot with the fun little Minolta 16 loaded up with Ilford FP4 cut down from a 120 roll and hand rolled in the darkroom. Self developed in Xtol stock solution for 8.5 min at 20C.

Or, at least, I think that's what it is...

One of five mailbox images seen on a July trip to the nearby Catskills. This one is not, exactly, a mailbox, but is a mailbox cover. I think it's one of the nicest ones I've seen, located in Kiscatom, New York, USA, seen on July 11, 2012.

Ribble bike in a glass case seen inside The Mailbox Birmingham. Briefly getting out of the slushy snowy rain, before heading back out into it at Gas Street Basin.

Just got home from a week away & am too tired to do anything but put up one addition to my mailbox set. For the privacy of the owners, I will not be posting the location. Taken on July 7, 2011 in the U.S.A.

Mailboxes in King William Area of San Antonio

In the desert - March '07 - California

Seen in Rock City, New York, USA in the Catskill Mountains on September 1, 2010. This mailbox is colorfully painted, but I'm not sure what it is. Any ideas?

Mailbox placed in May 2012, based on earliest visible dates. This mailbox lasted until January, 2013 when it was replaced by a white metal one. I would like to know who replaced it, just to satisfy my curiosity. If you know, send me flickrmail.

Monthly Scavenger Hunt - Mailbox where you receive your Valentine's

I only received 1 Valentine and it wasn't in my mailbox, it was left on my table, with my favorite chocolate bar, Milk Chocolate with Almonds and Toffee.

I used the My Mind's Eye Love Me collection on this Maya Road mailbox and mini album. Tfl!

I'm finally getting my act together and doing some creating. These are mailing labels and envelope seals.

It all started with that photo of my vintage tin mailbox that I love so much.

Mailbox at 10610 E. Camino Quince, Tucson, AZ.

Clever use of wrenches.
