Macro captured through 7X scale lupe lens with the Hipstamatic App. on iPhone 2G

4.30.14: Paul Hueber (below) just confirmed that this is an American Robin, so it's NOT a swallow. He has a beautiful (macro) capture of one in his photostream, and what got this conversation started. 4.23.14: I just found out from my Aunt that the nest in the other photo is actually a Squirrel's nest. I knew that they have them, but didn't know this was his. Imagine that! Link to the photo: flic.kr/p/ni66GL My new friend is equally tiny here, but at least it's a side view, and you can see more of his beauty. He really is pretty. Probably some kind of swallow, and probably one of the proud owners of the nest in the tree. Every new beginning starts with the first step. This was my second, lol. Β© Maria Dorothea Campbell 2014

A super crazy macro capture. While I find this flower to be so magical and beautiful both head-on and at a sideways angle..I have also discovered the beauty of it with just the slightest bit of petal showing..love how the edges curl ever so slightly..
