A series of my macro captures today. All shot taken with Nikkor 35mm 1.8G DX and Raynox DCR250 macro adapter lens.
Летом близ водоемов можно в большом количестве встретить тонких голубых стрекозок. Так выглядят стрекозы-стрелки (лат. Coenagrionidae).
Today I uploaded 4 experimental captures that I made with my newest camera accessory: the Tube extension for my Nikon D5200 lenses.
With this, I can shoot awesome macro captures from a very close focus distance!
Until now, I captured the macro photos only with my lovely iPhone, because the small cameras has an awesome close focus distance, but with this new accessory I can make captures from a much more closely distance and in a resolution of 24.1mpx!
These are just experimental captures, stay tuned for more.
Hope you enjoy!

An old boat mooring, no longer used for anything other than somewhere to sit whilst fishing. A very peaceful and tranquil spot. Pease See www.flickr.com/photos/18220192@N04/2080097949/ for the macro capture.

I did a comparison of Nikon vs Sigma 105mm macro lens. Bought both to find out which I liked best. Turns out both are great lens and both do what I wanted them to but the Sigma won me over. the price was not the deal breaker but what they had to offer was. The Sigma has a lens setting for Full-0.45mm or ,312-0.45. This all makes a difference on how close or far you want to use the lens. The Nikon only had full or 0.45. The Nikon had so much glass in it it was heavier and I had trouble getting a clear focus due to the darker glass also. I also thought the Sigma had a faster AF although in macro I do not use Auto focus too much. Both have optical stabilization but that means nothing for Macro shots either. Yes the Sigma was cheaper and for the price more to offer. As you can see from these images I get great macro captures out of it. And that is what I wanted. Previous 105mm Macro shots were taken with the Nikon.
